Embedded team

An outsourced marketing team that behaves like an in-house one

You get named people, defined days and a monthly rhythm you can plan around. They sit in your channels, join your sales calls and report on pipeline, not impressions. You don't carry the headcount, the recruitment risk or the gap when someone leaves.

The roles you get

A marketing department is a set of jobs, not one generalist doing all of them badly. Here's who does what, and roughly how much of each you need in a normal month. Day allocations flex by tier.

How a month runs

No mystery about what's happening or when you'll hear from us.

Week one of the month

Planning call. We agree what ships this month, what it's meant to do and who owns each piece on your side.

Every week

A 30-minute stand-up and a shared channel that's open all week. No waiting five days for an answer.

End of the month

One page of numbers: activity shipped, leads created, pipeline influenced, and what we'd change next month.

Every quarter

A proper reset against your Microsoft priorities, your funding position and what's actually converting.

Questions partners ask first

Are these named people or a pool?

Named. You get the same marketing lead and campaign manager every month, and you meet them before you sign. Specialists rotate in by discipline, but the core two don't change.

What's the minimum commitment?

Six months to start, then rolling with 90 days' notice. Six months is roughly how long it takes to get past setup and see real output.

Can we flex the days up and down?

Yes. Quiet delivery quarter? Dial it back. Big funded push in H2? Turn it up without onboarding a new agency. We keep the strategy and history either way.

Can this be paid with Microsoft co-op funds?

Often, yes, depending on the activity and your funding position. We scope the work so the qualifying elements are separated and evidenced properly.

What do you need from us?

One internal owner who can make decisions, access to your technical people for interviews, and a sales lead who'll show up to the monthly call.

Let's shape the team around what you're trying to hit

Tell us your target, your funding position and who you've got internally. We'll come back with the roles, the days and the monthly number.
