FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Who is this workshop for?

Microsoft partner leadership and senior marketers who know the current marketing plan isn't sharp enough but don't have weeks to spend rebuilding it from scratch.

How long is the workshop?

Typically a full day, on-site or remote, with optional follow-up sessions to refine and embed the outputs.

What do we walk away with?

A clearer one-page marketing strategy: target market, priority solutions, positioning, channel focus and the trade-offs you're making - not just a list of activities.

Do we need to prepare anything in advance?

Light prep only - usually a short questionnaire and any existing strategy docs. We'd rather start fresh than have you spend a week building decks.

Is this Co-op eligible?

Often, yes - particularly where the strategy work focuses on a Microsoft solution area or priority workload.

What happens after the workshop?

You'll have a strategy you can act on. Many partners ask us to stay involved to help shape execution, but there's no obligation - the workshop stands on its own.
