How far in advance do we need to engage you?

Ideally 8-12 weeks out for a mid-size stand or event, and 12-16 weeks for anything with a custom build or heavy production. We can move faster when we have to - we've turned events around in 3-4 weeks - but longer lead time means better creative, better pricing on physical items and less last-minute chaos.

What sits inside a typical scope?

That's up to you. We can own the whole event end to end - strategy, stand, collateral, promo items, logistics and on-the-day support - or plug into specific gaps like design and build only, or on-the-day team support. Most engagements combine three or four of those pillars.

What's the typical investment?

It varies widely with scope. A design-and-collateral engagement for a mid-size event typically sits in the low five figures. Full end-to-end support including stand build, promo items and on-the-day team is usually mid-to-high five figures. We'll always share a clear estimate before you commit.

Is event work Co-op or MDF eligible?

Often, yes - especially when tied to a Microsoft solution area or joint campaign. We'll help you structure the scope so it qualifies where possible, though Co-op and MDF approvals sit with you and your Microsoft contacts.

What do we actually walk away with?
