This session is designed to get attendees thinking more clearly about where AI fits into the marketing workflow, what useful adoption looks like and where the biggest immediate opportunities may be.

 

We’ll cover:

  • How AI tools have developed
  • An introduction to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio
  • Common use cases for marketers
  • AI discovery exercises

Session Two – The Art of the Possible

A two-hour session focused on practical use cases and real ways AI can improve the work marketing teams do every day.

 

This session helps teams identify where AI can support planning, execution and workflow improvement, and starts turning ideas into something more tangible.

 

We’ll cover:

  • Session one recap
  • Use case creation
  • Effort versus value mapping
  • Agent design sprint
  • Building your own Agent
